The installation features over a numerous small mechanical creatures, each crafted to produce sounds of chirping crickets. When activated by motion, each object emit a unique sounds and will illuminate. This interplay of sound and light not only enriches the sensory experience but also captivates and intrigues the audience.
The large amount of crickets could be a plague of new creatures created by AI, the next generation autonomous animals getting prepared for a journey to Mars, or nature finding it’s way in the digital age. 

Large amount of crickets reflecting city lightning. When approached 5 to 10 meters, each crickets will independently activate, lighten up and guiding viewers through the space.
What sets “Crickets” apart is its ability to blur the lines between the artificial and the natural. While the sounds and lights are generated mechanically, they evoke an organic essence, transporting viewers to a realm where technology and nature harmonize.

No random blinking lights but small warm lights when movement is detected nearby.
